DESCRIPTION
The Bugatti company history is exceptionally well known and respected since its inception in 1909, known for their design, engineering and beauty as well as numerous race victories. Up until the death of company founder, Ettore Bugatti in 1947, approx. 8,000 cars were produced. An effort to revive the company was undertaken in the 1980?s with the unveiling and ultimate manufacture of the EB 110 supercar. It was not until 1998 when the Volkswagen Group purchased the rights to the company which would further realize Ferdinand Pich?s vision to create a 16-cylinder automobile of superlative power, performance, and prestige.
Commissioned as ""La Perle Rare"" is a unique, one-off, open-top hypercar created via the Sur Mesure personalization program. Commissioned in 2023, featuring a bespoke two-tone pearlescent gold and warm white exterior inspired by Vagues de Lumire.

Design & Exterior: The car features a custom paint job with a warm white lower body and a gold-infused upper surface, demanding hundreds of hours of hand-painted linework.
Interior: The cabin features white-painted carbon fiber, polished aluminum, and gold accents to match the exterior theme.
Performance: It retains the standard W16 Mistral?s 8.0-liter quad-turbocharged W16 engine, producing 1,600 horsepower. The W16 Mistral is designed to achieve a top speed of 282 mph (453.94 km/h).
Special Touches: It includes the ""Dancing Elephant"" sculpture by Rembrandt Bugatti on the headrests, gear selector and doors.
